Starting with a detailed 2D layout and evolving into a full 3D rendering, we help you visualize your future home before a shovel hits the ground. Whether you arrive with architectural plans or a blank slate, we tailor every detail to fit you. As part of this phase, we also work with you to develop a full selection schedule — helping you thoughtfully choose every finish and material as the vision comes to life.
While your design takes shape, we begin crafting a detailed project budget. Our fixed-bid pricing model provides cost clarity and includes selection allowances so you can make confident choices. Once finalized, your budget is locked in — no surprises.
This is where vision becomes reality. With a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and a sharp eye for detail, we bring your home to life. Throughout the process, you’ll receive weekly updates through our project management platform (BuilderTrend) and meet with us regularly on site to stay fully engaged and in the loop.
The final step is just the beginning. We’ll walk you through your new home, ensuring everything meets your expectations and that you feel fully equipped to enjoy and maintain it. And even after move-in, we’re still here — because to us, every client becomes part of the family.
