Southtown has been designing and building since 2017
Since 2017, Southtown has been designing and building fully custom homes throughout the greater Austin and San Antonio areas. As a family-owned, boutique design-build studio, we strive to glorify God through our work and are dedicated to creating exceptional homes with honesty, integrity, and timeless craftsmanship. Every project is a true collaboration—our founder, Ross Smith, and his wife and lead designer, Kristen Smith, work closely with each client from the very first conversation through to move-in day. Just as important as the homes we build are the relationships we form along the way; we genuinely value the opportunity to walk alongside our clients and build something meaningful together. We take pride in offering a uniquely transparent and personal experience that brings confidence and ease to the homebuilding process. We are committed to listening well, designing with intention, and delivering homes that reflect the vision, values, and lifestyle of the families we serve.
